This yoga class will offer practical tools to address the cyclical nature of a woman’s body and to cultivate and strengthen the reproductive system, learn breathing and de-stressing techniques and help to strengthen you mentally as well as physically. We will work with a sequence for strengthening bone, and nourishing blood, as well as making space within the body for energy to move more freely. Certain yoga positions can actually massage the internal organs that stimulate hormone producing glands. We will focus on postures specifically for the health of the endocrine system, with attention to breath, and close with a restorative sequence to help you deal with the stress of life and just feel great!
