Weekly Classes on Youtube Live & Zoom

Since we can’t be in person physically I have been offering all of my classes on Youtube Live & Zoom. The Youtube Live classes are all donation-based.  The Zoom classes are through Torrance Memorial Medical Center.  We will still be together each week and I will share the wisdom of yoga so you can stay on top of preserving the strength in your body and mind. Live Weekly Schedule

Yoga for Osteoporosis-Torrance Memorial Medical Center on Zoom Tuesday 11-12:15 PST

Poses to stimulate bone growth; especially in the hip, spine, pelvis and wrist. A focus on improving strength and flexibility in the muscles of posture, joint stability and coordination with attention on balance and posture to aid in fall prevention. Breathwork and guided meditation to help manage stress. Floor, chair and standing poses. The number to call is 310-517-4711 or you can register online

Yoga for Wellness: Wednesday 9:30am - 10:45am pst on Youtube Live

This class focuses on correct postural alignment, increasing strength, flexibility and range of motion, creating healthy breathing habits and restoring vital energy to the body, mind and spirit. I focus a lot on back health in this class. This class is donation-based.

Yoga Therapy Chair: Strength, Balance & Posture on Zoom Wednesday 11-12:15 pm PST

We will practice yoga in a chair in the comfort of your own home on Zoom. We will use the chair and wall to practice poses specifically designed to strengthen your muscles and bones and support balance and proper alignment. We will also practice stress management through breathwork and meditation. The number to call is 310-517-4711 or you can register online.

Yoga for Osteoporosis: Thursday 11am -12:15pm pst on Youtube Live

This class focuses on poses, breath work and body awareness to stimulate bone growth, increase flexibility and strength and range of motion in joints. Attention on posture and balance to increase confidence and aid in reduced risk of falling. Floor, chairs and standing poses. This class is donation-based.

Yoga for Stress Reduction: Saturday: 9:30am - 10:45am pst on Youtube Live

This class focuses on gently increasing strength, flexibility, improving balance, stability for joint health, breathing habits and restoring vital energy to the body and mind. We will use the physical poses to release the tension held in our body during these uncertain times. We will also ground our energy mentally and practice breath work and meditation to help calm the nervous system. Gather towels, blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable during the guided meditations. We will work mainly on the floor and in a chair. All levels are welcome. This class is donation-based.
