This class focuses on gently increasing strength, flexibility, improving balance, stability for joint health, breathing habits and restoring vital energy to the body and mind. We will use the physical poses to release the tension held in our body during these uncertain times. We will also ground our energy mentally and practice breath work and meditation to help calm the nervous system. Gather towels, blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable during the guided meditations. We will work mainly on the floor and in a chair. All levels are welcome.
