I recommend we start with a 60 minute session and for those of you who would like more one-on-one time I offer a 90 minute session too.

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist sharing the wisdom of yoga and evidence based research to help empower my students to utilize the tremendous healing potential that exists within each and everyone of us.
