About Debi Robinson

I’ll never forget what it feels like when I felt that I couldn’t trust or rely on my body. My bones and joints were breaking down and this is the framework that holds you up and allows you to dance, travel and participate in life. I was only 49 when this was happening to me and it stopped me in my tracks! Then I figured out how to get to the root causes of where all the imbalance and dysfunctions were with functional labs I ran on myself so I could make some major changes. 

I totally shifted so many of my behaviors and added better nutrition, stress management and safe movements to my life every day. And now, I feel unstoppable and in control over my health and my body as I age!
