Are you living a pain free, full and active life?

If you have issues in your tissues, a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis or have developed dysfunctional movement patterns that limit how you are living your life I can help you regain balance in your body and mind.

In private sessions the practice will be customized for your specific needs or issues so you can overcome them and get back on track. I will share tools of movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation to help you develop your own safe, daily self-care regime so you can live a strong and healthy life. 

I healed myself from a place of being handicapped and broken with a very limited range of motion so I understand how that feels. After my total hip replacement I slowly put Humpty Dumpty (I say this lovingly) back together again. I traveled to India and visited the Taj Mahal 6 months after my surgery, and I know that my yoga practice helped me achieve this. Today I live pain free and I travel all over the world!

My goal is to empower you to heal yourself. I will guide you and share methods for you to change your life!

Private Yoga Therapy Programs

If you have a diagnosis of osteoporosis that makes you feel breakable and fragile and are looking for alternatives to medications to manage your condition , I will show you how you can do this! I will help you create a daily practice of nutrition, movement, breath and mindset to improve many aspects of bone health. I will teach you a proven method I have taught since early 2014 with tremendous success to strengthen bones, muscles, joints and increase your confidence. These are my programs I created for you to take your health into your own hands!

This is a perfect package for someone who has a movement practice in their life and needs guidance of how to incorporate safe movements and those to avoid if they have a diagnosis of osteoporosis. The focus will be on improving bone health, strength and balance.

About Debi Robinson

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist sharing the wisdom of yoga and evidence based research to help empower my students to utilize the tremendous healing potential that exists within each and everyone of us. Moderating the stress in our lives is how we can remain in balance and attain optimal health from a metabolic, physiological and biochemical aspect. Yoga has tools for the mind to help self modulate stress and for the body to keep you strong, limber and mobile and out of pain or discomfort.

As a Certified Health Coach, I work with you to uncover hidden stress inside your body and mind. Once we discover possible imbalances and stressors I will empower you to implement behavioral, dietary and lifestyle changes to move toward thriving health.
