Lets Go For a Walk

We are primates and we need to be social.  One of the questions asked in a routine Doctor Visit these days is about how social your life is and how often you spend time with others.  Our modern lifestyle has us more “connected”  than ever but really we are less connected to each other.  We spend more time in our cars, on our computers and in our homes.  We can instantly “communicate” through text and cell phones and spend less time in each others presence.  The concept of “walking with me” is for each of us to share and record a walk in our neck of the woods so we can experience other parts of the world.  It might just get you outside to show off the beauty of the natural environment that you live in.  I would love to see where you live and go on a walk with you…
