Meditation: Power of Thoughts

“What we are today comes of our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow: Our life is the creation of our mind.” ~ Buddha

Everything that we see, taste, feel, touch we become! You are entirely the creator of your reality. Not just partly—all of it. You create it with your thoughts, feelings and beliefs.

So make sure that whatever you choose to have in your view is beauty. Make sure the foods you chose to eat are to help you thrive. Surround yourselves with lots of love and loving people or pets.

They say we have 40-50,000 thoughts a day and 90% of them are repeating. Just take a moment to think about this and think about the thoughts you have the most each day. Are they positive? Are they of hopelessness? Are they fearful? If we are what we think then how can you change your thoughts?

First step to anything is by raising awareness. Just noticing what you are thinking will give you the power to change. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, hopelessness with hope and fear with safety. Close your eyes and feed your soul positivity.

Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Start to fill your mind with positive happy thoughts. Visualize colors, tastes, images and emotions that are all positive and happy. Bath every cell in your body with the feeling of safety and happiness. Let this become who you are today and for tomorrow.
