Super Green Smoothie


  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Swiss Chard (Spinach or other dark greens)
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 a Fresh Pineapple


1. Wash all produce thoroughly

2. Remover the spine from the Kale and Chard then roughly chop

3. Remove the bottom stems from the Parsley then roughly chop

4. Cut the cucumber into slices

5. Skin then slice the pineapple

6. Add the Coconut water then the remaining ingredients and blend on high

7. Add 2 cups of ice

8. Give appreciation then enjoy
