Yoga for Osteoporosis Workshop

This workshop will focus on yoga for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia using a specific yoga practice proven to strengthen normal and weakened bones. We will focus on the underlying anatomy, physiology, and processes by which yoga works to strengthen the body.

This workshop will be held on Zoom. I will watch you in the poses to make sure you have proper alignment and help guide you safely in each pose. You will be able to watch me as I teach so you can learn proper alignment and positioning.

Yoga Therapy for a Strong Healthy Back Workshop

If you are a chronic back pain sufferer, you are not alone. It’s a leading cause of pain and disability worldwide with up to 80% of adults experiencing low back pain at some point in their lifetime. Yoga is an excellent therapy for healing sore and/or injured back muscles.
