By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any program, product, or service from DRW, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Debi Robinson Wellness, LLC, a California limited liability company.
The Site and all content offered by DRW — including programs, courses, community discussions, live calls, videos, podcasts, downloadable materials, and email content — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your treatment plan, medications, exercise routine, nutrition, or supplement regimen. Never delay seeking medical care because of information you obtained from DRW.

All content on the Site and within our programs — including text, images, videos, audio recordings, podcasts, downloadable materials (PDFs, guides, ebooks, workbooks, recipes), course modules, live-call recordings, and course delivery methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Debi Robinson Wellness, LLC, or is used with permission from the rights holder.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, transmit, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any DRW content without express written permission from us.
Limited personal use. You may download and use program materials for your own personal, non-commercial use during your period of program access.
When you purchase a program, product, or service from DRW, the specific terms disclosed at checkout apply in addition to these Terms. Pricing, program contents, duration of access, and included features are as described on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Program access is granted for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, program materials, community access, or downloadable content with any other person, including family members not enrolled in the program.
Each program has its own access period and scope, disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, program access is non-transferable.
Where offered, payment plans are a method of paying the full program price in installments. Payment plans are not month-to-month subscriptions unless expressly stated. You are responsible for all scheduled installments in accordance with the plan you selected.
The Healthy Gut Healthy Bones Program is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Other programs may have their own refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Downloadable materials included with programs (PDFs, guides, ebooks, worksheets) remain the intellectual property of DRW. Upon refund or termination of program access, such materials may not be shared, distributed, or resold, and any license to use them is limited as described in Section 3.

By purchasing a program or subscribing to our list, you consent to receive email communications from DRW related to your purchase, your account, program updates, educational content, and promotional offers.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any promotional email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, program access details, payment receipts) will continue as necessary to fulfill your purchase.
The Site and our programs may link to or integrate with third-party services (including but not limited to Circle, ThriveCart, Stripe, YouTube, and our email service provider). We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.
DRW does not warrant that the Site or programs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. DRW does not warrant that any specific results will be achieved through participation in a program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debi Robinson Wellness, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our programs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our programs will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our programs after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modifications. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
