Look for information on upcomming cooking classes I will be adding at a few locations. The focus in these classes will be to create simple healthy meals with an emphasis on a high vitamin or mineral content foods, healthy fats and nutrition dense ingredients. The structure of the class will be instruction and some hands on if you would like to get involved. You get the recipes to take home and you will taste all of the foods we prepare for class.
