“Would like to say how much I enjoy and look forward to Debi’s Yoga for osteoporosis and Yoga for balance classes. I have been doing yoga for a number of years and started taking classes with Debi about two years ago. I have been really happy with her practice and find her classes both strenuous and relaxing at the same time! Debi is very knowledgeable and caring in her practice. She gives individual attention to everyone. I hope to keep taking her classes for many sessions in the future!”

“Thank you for being such an enthusiastic Yoga teacher, utilizing your training, constantly building on that by personally taking classes to learn more about the human body and passing it on to us; your latest
venture to India. Debbie you are so full of life and excitement about anything you tackle or decide to do–it’s tough sometimes when you increase our level of stretching, holding a new pose & you encourage us because you think we can do it–we all need a little push. Many of us feel good knowing we did something important for ourselves, spiritually & physically!”

“I feel grateful for my yoga teacher Debi Robinson. She is my yoga for osteoporosis teacher on Tuesdays and Thursday each week. She teaches Dr. Fishman’s yoga for osteoporosis and his 12 poses .she is very patience and full of knowledge and shares it with our class. I’ve been taking Debi’s classes for 3 years and feel so much better after each class.”

“I have been taking yoga for osteoporosis for three years now from Debi. I have gained such confidence in my balance and making my bones stronger by doing the 12 poses for osteoporosis that Debi teaches. Debi’s great! Not only does she teach us the poses but also gives us healthy food suggestions and relaxation technique’s she’s the best. Thanks Debi!”

“I have been taking yoga classes with Debi Robinson for 6 years. She is a wonderful teacher. She explains and demonstrates the poses. I had sinus attacks for 45 years. In our yoga classes we do amazing breathing. I can say that I have not had a sinus attack in the last 5 years. I attribute this to the yoga breathing. Also my doctor is impressed with my strong core. My health is very good and now only see my doctor once a year.”
