She refers to this yoga as “Yummy Yoga”[/li_item] [li_item icon=”” iconcolor=”” circle=”yes” circlecolor=””]Debi completed a 30 day Training with Teach the Hormone Cure to help women reclaim health and vitality, and balance their hormones naturally with The Hormone Cure Protocol[/li_item] [li_item icon=”” iconcolor=”” circle=”yes” circlecolor=””]Debi is currently training to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.[/li_item] [li_item icon=”” iconcolor=”” circle=”yes” circlecolor=””]Debi is studying Yoga for Osteoporosis and has classes beginning in 2015! [/li_item] [/checklist] [/one_third] [two_third last=”yes”][title size=”2″]Who Am I?[/title] I began this journey of studying the philosophies of the east over 10 years ago. It just happened that I was attracted to a more natural approach to healing any aliments that arrose. I began to study at the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, CA and took many courses they offered including Meditation and an Ayurvedic Course. I began practicing yoga and always felt that yoga was so beneficial to my health physically as well as mentally. In 2009 I decided to start a teacher training program mostly wanting to gain the physical physique and flexibility I figured I would acquire It was during the next few years of teacher training, workshops and retreats that the real pearls of wisdom that are imbedded in the practice of yoga made sense to me. I slept better and deeper, increased my flexibility and was able to deal with the stressors of my life. I increased my awareness in a way that made me feel more connected to the world, my family, my peers and find my happy place. I’m not perfect but I am more aware which sheds a light on what I need to work on to connect to my Om Happy.

I teach yoga to everybody for every body and want to help others gain strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness, confidence and happiness.

I am currently knee deep in the teenage world raising 3 teenagers. I am married and am fortunate to have my immediate family live close by. I truly feel that I am on my path of doing what I am suppose to be doing in this lifetime:)
