In Yoga Therapy we use many different assessment tools to find where there is an imbalance in the body or mind. We are energetic beings and we are connected to everything in us and around us. The microcosm is in the macrocosm. When you raise your awareness to this you then can begin to harmonize yourself in your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual layers.
Pain and suffering comes from disconnection and you may be stuck in patterns that need to be broken to find relief. You can learn how to reconnect through the wisdom of yoga. The tools in yoga are mindset shifts and raised awareness, asana, breath work, meditation and finding a spiritual connection to the intelligence of life.
Is your energy stuck (physical pain), too high (anxiety), too low (depression)? Assessing the energy of your body and mind is another way to uncover healing opportunities. Once you find the cause you can implement changes to your routines, lifestyles and behaviors to heal.

“Would like to say how much I enjoy and look forward to Debi’s Yoga for osteoporosis and Yoga for balance classes. I have been doing yoga for a number of years and started taking classes with Debi about two years ago. I have been really happy with her practice and find her classes both strenuous and relaxing at the same time! Debi is very knowledgeable and caring in her practice. She gives individual attention to everyone. I hope to keep taking her classes for many sessions in the future!”

“Thank you for being such an enthusiastic Yoga teacher, utilizing your training, constantly building on that by personally taking classes to learn more about the human body and passing it on to us; your latest
venture to India. Debbie you are so full of life and excitement about anything you tackle or decide to do–it’s tough sometimes when you increase our level of stretching, holding a new pose & you encourage us because you think we can do it–we all need a little push. Many of us feel good knowing we did something important for ourselves, spiritually & physically!”

“I have been taking yoga classes with Debi Robinson for 6 years. She is a wonderful teacher. She explains and demonstrates the poses. I had sinus attacks for 45 years. In our yoga classes we do amazing breathing. I can say that I have not had a sinus attack in the last 5 years. I attribute this to the yoga breathing. Also my doctor is impressed with my strong core. My health is very good and now only see my doctor once a year.”
