A Stronger Body, Bones and Balance for the Rest of Your Life

My goal is to empower you to heal yourself. I will guide you and share methods for you to change your life!

Debi, I am very grateful that I found you and your Bone Health Lifestyle Course.  This course is packed full of valuable information for everyday life!

I came away from each session feeling encouraged and positive that it is possible to change both my mindset and the physical direction of my bone health.  I am new to Yoga, but I enjoy it and am excited to practice the 12 poses taught by Dr. Fishman.  Also, I appreciate learning more about meditation and breathing techniques. You are very professional and genuinely care about each person.

Hi Debi, I just wanted to thank you so much for the osteoporosis course took. It was the best. The nutritional info from yesterday’s class was so informative. It just so happened that I had a Dr. appt. this morning and I discussed all the info I received regarding calcium supplements, etc. Needless to say, as of today I am off calcium supplements, plus a few more. This would not have happened if I hadn’t taken your classes. My Doctor totally agreed with all that I learned from you. I will continue to practice yoga daily. THANK YOU again. Wishing you health and happiness.

I wanted to tell you I had my DEXA scan, and it shows stable finding in my hips and improvement in my Lumbar spine 🙂 That was exciting news! I’m so grateful for your classes and you. All the classes you teach and all the information you give us all has helped me in my everyday life. Thank you so much Debi .

I appreciate your teaching style and explanations very much. I was dx w/ osteoporosis 2 decades ago (due to chemo-induced early menopause) and am now strengthening following a long recovery from Guillain-Barre Syndrome, an auto-immune condition which included paralysis from my neck down. Even with multiple body issues I find your class safe, helpful & enjoyable. Again, my thanks!

I have been working with Debi and Yoga for Osteoporosis for the last one and a half years. I have seen significant improvement in my core strength, balance and overall flexibility. Debi is a true and caring professional! Her knowledge and understanding of the body and how it works and her Yoga expertise are truly outstanding. I never wanted to do Yoga before and now I wouldn’t think of missing Debi’s classes.

Thank you for being so enthusiastic, utilizing your training, constantly building on that by personally taking classes to learn more about the human body and passing it on to us. It’s tough sometimes when you increase our level of stretching, holding a new pose & you encourage us because you think we can do it–we all need a little push. Many of us feel good knowing we did something important for ourselves, spiritually & physically!

Debi, I am so grateful for you and your classes online. Your detailed explanations guide the movements, have helped me recover and regain strength and flexibility. Having the recorded videos make it so that I can do additional flexibility, core and back things whenever it fits into my crazy schedule. You have helped me learn to stop anxiety before it gets a hold on me. I look forward to continued times with you. May God continue to bless you as you continue to reach out!

I LOVE this class! I have really taken your instructions to heart, Debi, and am now doing one-legged teeth brushing; morning foot/ankle/toe/hip wake-up; 12 yoga postures; and holding my phone super-high to keep my back straight!

About Debi Robinson

At 51, I had a total hip replacement and I know what it feels like when you think you can’t rely on your bones anymore because they seem fragile and weak. You stop participating in the activities you used to love because you are worried about breaking a bone and you feel like you are living in a tiny box of movement.

I have insight and foresight of how important it is to have strong bones, muscles and flexibility to have the confidence and freedom of movement to live a very active lifestyle. I also know the biology of bone health and how hormone and mineral imbalances, chronic inflammation and poor gut health contributes to slow leaks in the density and quality of your bones and once you uncover where this is happening you can put an end to it! Bone loss is not an inevitable aspect of aging.

I would love to guide you in the way I have helped myself and hundreds of women just like you, transform your bone health to live your life to the fullest because I know that it is possible.
