How Does the Challenge Work?
You will receive an email each of the 10 days of the challenge, with specific poses, suggestions and guidance.
We encourage you to join us in our Stronger Bones Lifestyle Community where we will be posting additional guidance and where you and other members can share your journey, encourage each other and ask me questions.
