A Stronger You in 30 Days Challenge

Thank you so much for signing up for A Stronger You in 30 Days Group Challenge! I’m thrilled that you’ve taken the first step to take charge of your strength because it is a key to healthy aging and healthy bones. I am so happy to have you joining us.

Over the next 30 days, you’re going to follow steps and actions to challenge your muscles, joints, body, bones and balance and the results will be a gain in both your body and mind. You will become stronger physically and that will give you more confidence to continue to live an active lifestyle which will continue to keep your body and bones strong.

Introduction

Strength diminishes with age and with this so does the strength, quality, and density of your bones. Muscle loss is called sarcopenia and bone loss is called osteopenia and there are no free passes. It happens to the best of us and the more sedentary you are the quicker it will happen.  On average there may be a 1% loss per year after you leave your 30’s and if you are sedentary, it can be as much as a 3-5% decrease per year! So do something every day to keep yourself strong because you want and need a good quality of life.
