I am a Yoga Therapist and Health Coach and I will share what I have learned as a world traveler on our beautiful adventure of sightseeing and yoga including physical poses (asana), breath work, and meditation. My parents are from Scotland and I have both lived there and taken countless trips to many parts of the country. As I travel the world, I realize the importance of a strong body and mind for the challenges that may arise so I work on my lifestyle and habits to stay fit for travel. As I travel the world I learn how other cultures calm their minds, improve their health, and age gracefully through their rituals, habits, and routines and I can’t wait to share this world wisdom with you!

This is a small group of 14 on this adventure. I am partnering with Discover Scotland Tour Company see more here. We collaborated to choose some of the most visited sites in Scotland as well as many favorites I have discovered in my many visits to my homeland. I have arranged to practice yoga in a few of our hotels and we will also utilize our beautiful surroundings as we pull up a rock to practice on 😉
My goal is for you to experience the beauty of Scotland and to deepen your knowledge of how our lifestyles and behaviors influence our overall well-being. You will learn tools to increase your resilience to stress and understand how our senses run the show from a biochemical and physiological aspect inside our body and mind. Scotland offers the perfect recipe of elements to help ground and calm your body and mind – and it happens to me every time I visit. I can’t wait to explore with you!
