This package is for 8 sessions and is good for those who want to develop a safe movement practice and need to customize for osteoporosis or osteopenia. I will work at your pace and ability to create the right home practice to develop a way to strengthen your bones, muscles, joints, balance and confidence. The first and 5th sessions will be 90 minutes, and these will include a thorough intake to customize a practice specific to your needs. In the other one-hour sessions I will continue to teach you how to add safe movements and stress management tools for you to develop a home practice of movement, balance, breath and confidence. We will build up your practice with more strengthening options as you develop strength.  In addition, I will share handouts pertaining to bone health and videos for you to practice at home in between our sessions. There will also be nutritional information and a food guide with recipes and information to add nutrient dense foods to your life to help build stronger bones.
