Aging Gracefully with Yoga is a workshop designed to help slow down the harmful effects of chronic stress and aging at both the psychological and physical levels. Yoga is an excellent anti-aging tool! In this 2-hour workshop you will learn tools to help:
· Balance hormones
· Manage stress
· Increase bone density
· Improve posture + alignment
· Improve balance + confidence
· Increase joint mobility
· Increase vitality + energy
· Balance emotional well-being
This workshop is open to all fitness levels and ages – no prior Yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a friend to share the benefits you will learn.

Debi combines her knowledge as a yoga therapist, health coach, and chef into all her teachings. In her workshops, she shares the wisdom gained during years of travel through Bali and India.
