Hi, I’m Debi Robinson a Yoga Therapist and Functional Health Coach with a passion for helping women reclaim their bone health.

I understand firsthand what it feels like to struggle with weak and fragile bones and through functional lab testing and a lifestyle that focused on stronger balance inside and out I was able to reverse my own bone loss and regain strength and confidence in my body again.

At 51, I had a total hip replacement, and I slowly and surely reclaimed a very active lifestyle taking people to Scotland and Bali on Wellness Journeys.
