Scotland November 2020
Join me on a Wellness Retreat in the beautiful country of Scotland for 7 magical days and 6 nights. Once you arrive to Scotland you will be escorted to a beautiful castle or mansion where we will practice yoga and eat delicious meals to nourish our body and soul prepared by our own private chef. You will receive a body treatment and be given a private Yoga Therpay session to focus on your own specific issues or needs. There will also be a workshop to learn how to incorporate the healing wisdom of yoga into your daily life to help you age gracefully. You will enjoy a sensory experience of sights, sounds, aromas, tastes and sensations to calm the body, mind and soul which will stimulate the zone of healing, repairing and restoring in your body. When we are in this zone the aging process is slowed down or reversed.
I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and Health Coach and I will share what I have learned as a teacher, student of yoga, world traveler and my own yoga practice. My parents are from Scotland and I have both lived there and taken countless trips to many parts of the country. I travel the world to learn how other cultures calm their minds, improve their health and age gracefully through their rituals, habits and routines. I can’t wait to share this world wisdom with you in one of my favorite places in the world!
