Scotland is a magical country and just being there is soothing for your soul!
Scotland Journey 2023
May 1st- 9th, 2023
Join us on a wellness inspired tour of Scotland to keep your mind and body healthy as you travel. Traveling can be hard with the shift in time zones, the acclimation to a new environment and the extra movement from one place to another.
In addition, there are usually more stairs and less elevators and uneven terrain to navigate. You may also take many more steps each day as you walk to see the beautiful sights the land you are visiting has to offer.
You need your body to be in shape physically to travel which is why I add in a daily practice of gentle movement and breath on this journey. As we tour this beautiful country seeing some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

Wellness tour of the beautiful country of Scotland for 9 magical days and 8 nights. We will explore this beautiful country and learn of its rich history, eat delicious foods, and practice yoga to keep us healthy as we age. Enjoy a sensory experience of sights, sounds, aromas, tastes, and sensations to calm the body, mind, and soul which will stimulate the zone of healing, repairing, and restoring in your body. When we are in this zone the aging process is slowed down and/or even reversed.
I am a Yoga Therapist and Health Coach and I will share what I have learned as a world traveler on our beautiful adventure of sightseeing and yoga including physical poses (asana), breath work, and meditation. My parents are from Scotland and I have both lived there and taken countless trips to many parts of the country. As I travel the world, I realize the importance of a strong body and mind for the challenges that may arise so I work on my lifestyle and habits to stay fit for travel. As I travel the world I learn how other cultures calm their minds, improve their health, and age gracefully through their rituals, habits, and routines and I can’t wait to share this world wisdom with you!
