Join me on a wellness tour of the beautiful country of Scotland for 9 magical days and 8 nights. We will explore this beautiful country and learn of its rich history, eat delicious foods, and practice yoga to help us age gracefully. Enjoy a sensory experience of sights, sounds, aromas, tastes and sensations to calm the body, mind and soul which will stimulate the zone of healing, repairing and restoring in your body. When we are in this zone the aging process is slowed down or reversed.
I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and Health Coach and I will share what I have learned as a world traveler on our beautiful adventure of sight seeing and yoga including: physical poses (asana), breath work and meditation. My parents are from Scotland and I have both lived there and taken countless trips to many parts of the country. As I travel the world, I realize the importance of a strong body and mind for the challenges that may arise from uneven pavements, lack of elevators, jet lag and sensory exposure to other cultures and lands. I travel the world to learn how other cultures calm their minds, improve their health and age gracefully through their rituals, habits and routines. I can’t wait to share this world wisdom with you!

My goal is for you to experience the beauty of Scotland and to deepen your knowledge of how our lifestyle and behaviors influence our overall well being. You will learn tools to increase your resilience to stress and understand how our senses run the show from a biochemical and physiological aspect inside our body and mind. This powerful wisdom is ideal to implement in a beautiful location and Scotland offers the perfect recipe of elements to help ground and calm your body and mind – and this is how we can age gracefully.
